Multipurpose Container Vessel – 4000 dwt. This vessel is built as a 4000 dwt, provided with forecastle deck and poop deck, with superstructure stem inclining forward with bulb stem, stern with transom.

• Container capacity (according sightline) = 191 TEU

Hold and hatch covers
Hold is open box type and equipped with pontoon type hatch covers. One Gantry Crane will be used for opening and closing the hatch covers. This crane is also used for positioning the separator bulkheads.
Container fittings fasteners are mounted one the hold bottom and hatch covers top.

Main engine and generators
The main machinery consists of a DIESEL main engine of 1850 kW at 750 rpm., one diesel – driven main generator set with the power of 140 kW and one shaft gen¬erator with a power output of abt. 35 kW.

Deck machinery
On the forecastle deck one (1) combined electric hydraulic driven anchor-/mooring winch KAEH – 5 – 36 D / 36 D / TR. On the aft ship one (1) electric hydraulic driven mooring winch KAEH – 5 – TR. Two (2) stockless bow anchors type High Holding
Power anchor, each weighing 1710 kg incl. crowns shackle.

Controllable pitch propeller
One propeller hub, type BCP/4 with built in hydraulic cylinder.

Propeller shaft and nozzle
One propeller shaft, hollow bored.

Information about our alliance shipyard :

• The annual production capacity is about 40.000 dwt., the equivalent of 12 vessels.

• On the assembling berth from the First factory, equipped with cranes of 50 tf and 16tf can be mounted in the same time 8 vessels; on the assembling berth from the second Factory can be assembled simultaneously 2 vessels.

• The slipway, completely mechanized, is used for vessels up to 10.000 dwt, with a max. length of 120m.

• The lifting-launching way from the Second Factory, meant for ship repairs can lift – launch vessels up to 1000 to, with a length of 120 m.

• The outfitting quay from the First Factory has an available working area of 450 sq.m, with double berth and a basin with an (surface) area of 6.240 sq.m , the depth of water is 5,75m.

• The quay, assure simultaneously fitting of up to 6 vessels; the test quay of the lack has a length of 25 m and a depth of water of 6m.
