Cargo Vessel – 3200 dwt. The vessel is built as dry cargo vessel, provided with forecastle deck and poop deck with superstructure, stem inclining forward without bulb stem, stern with transom.

Cargo capacity
The cargo area is for a total capacity of 4230 cbm (149.450), for bulk cargoes and can carry in hold on hatch covers a total of 160 TEU.
Two movable bulkheads are provided, winch can be located on several places in hold by looking pins and movable by means of steel wheels, to be stowed against front bulkhead of hold.

Tank capacities

• Fuel Oil storage tank capacity = 160 cbm

• Fresh water tank capacity = 40 cbm

• Ballast water tank capacity = 1150 cbm

Hold and hatch covers
The hold is of the open box type to be equipped with hydraulically operated folding hatch covers make NAVALIMPIANTI or equivalent.
The bottom of the hold and the top of the hatch covers to be equipped with fasteners for container fittings.

Deck machinery
On the forecastle, a hydraulically driven winch, suitable for two anchors type Pool fully balanced each 1000 kg, are provided. On the stern, a hydraulically driven winch suitable for an anchor of 800 kg with steel wire rope drum, is provided.

Accommodation
Accommodation is provided for 6 persons, according to West European requirements’ complete with furniture.

Main engine and generators
The vessel is powered by a remote controlled marine Engine of 1290 kW at 1600rpm. Is also provided with 2 main DG, one of 100 kVA and an Emergency/Harbor generator of 32kVA.

Information about our alliance shipyard :

• The annual production capacity is about 40.000 dwt., the equivalent of 12 vessels.

• On the assembling berth from the First factory, equipped with cranes of 50 tf and 16tf can be mounted in the same time 8 vessels; on the assembling berth from the second Factory can be assembled simultaneously 2 vessels.

• The slipway, completely mechanized, is used for vessels up to 10.000 dwt, with a max. length of 120m.

• The lifting-launching way from the Second Factory, meant for ship repairs can lift – launch vessels up to 1000 to, with a length of 120 m.
